I know this a probaly a crazy question, but on my '98 Corolla. Down where the shifter is on the center console, the light that lights up the P, R, N, D, 2, and L. I was wondering how do you replace the little light?

Hi there,

Undo the screws that hold the cover over the gear indicator, lift up and support, there are (i think 4 screws top and bottom that locate the plastic slide that has the indicators on it, undo but note or make exactly where the mounts fit or you may end up with a sticky indicator of it may be out of alignment . lift up slide and the globe holder is underneath, this is a 5W push in globe normally.
