1998 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi, I have a 98 Toyota Corolla with electric windows. The drivers window goes down but slows and stops working before it shuts. If I wait a few mins it will start again. What do I need to fix???

Remove the interior door panel. The motor is bad or regulator is binding.
