Gear selector console have gone out

My lights on my dashboard and my gear selector console have gone out over the last year. How do I get to these bulbs to change them?

Need to disassemble the console to get to the shifter lights and remove the instrument cluster to get the dash ones.I suggest replacing every bulb in the cluster when it is out to keep from having to do this again.
