1997 Toyota Corolla brake noise

I have checked front and rear brakes, shoes and pads are fine. But I have a thumping noise when I apply the brakes it is on the front someone told me the rotors could be warped. the last time i changed the front pads i did not have the rotors turned

Could be if its warped take it in and get them miked out if it needs resurfacing
