1997 Toyota Corolla 97 corolla clutch

In first gear, the car is fine, every other gear revs like it's not in gear at first, then slowly gains speed. If I just barely accelerate, the revving doesn't happen.
Is the clutch slipping? Is there a belt issue? Please help :)

This sounds as if the clutch is slipping, have a mechanic drive it to confirm this diagnosis.
