1996 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 197000 miles

Hi, I was wondering i repalced belt and altenater on my toyota corolla and its still having a loud squilling noise just wondered if you have any suggestions?

Does the (squilling) go away after car warm up
check the belt and adjust again
check power steering fluid
