Hi, my heat at rear mirror doesn't work. It's hard when raining. Can you tell me why? How can I fix it. Thank you

There will be a connector on each end of the back window. When you turn the rear defrost switch on then one should have power and other should be ground. If you have it then you need a new back window. If you don't then need to do some troubleshooting.
