As soon as i start to drive, I hear a low buzzing noise that gets louder as I drive and winds down after I am stopped. Its coming from the front of the car but I am not sure if it is the brakes, engine or tires. Will the brakes make a buzzing sound if they are worn and need to be replaced?

Maybe a Growling noise? If so check the front hub bearings. Noise will diminish when you quickly snap the wheel one way or the other? Do it as you are driving and let us know what happens.
