For about a week my car would sputter occasionally then one evening my car began sputtering and eventually died on me (I couldn't pull the hill). I let it sit all night. The next day I went to crank it and it fired right up. Did the same thing the next 2 days so I decided to have a mechanic look at it. He told me that I needed new spark plugs and fuel filter..got'em. Still did the same thing. He said it must be the fuel pump...replaced it. Still doing the same thing. It'll run for about 5 min without sputtering, then it's sputter, sputter, dead! A friend of mine seems to think that there's moisture in my gas tank, another friend says it's idling too low; what do I do?
