1995 Toyota Corolla not running after step on gas pedal

the car at idle is fine when you step on the gas it bogs out and stalls. we changed the cat converter and plugs and even the flex pipe. all to no avail. the car is heating up and warming the cat cherry red. we checked timing it is ok it has spark it is getting fuel.

Possible fuel pressure issue or sensor like throttle position, MAP/MAF.
