my car makes looping noise when car is in idle. i change the wires ,cap ,rotor,spark plugs,idle air control valve.can u please help me?

Check mechanical timing on distributor with timing light.
Inspect timing belt for broken cogs/looseness.
Also check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge.
If equipped with EGR, remove and clean the EGR valve pintle and passage in intake manifold.
