My wifes 95 corolla after a few days in the single digits refused to start after trying to turn over. The car was working perfectly fine prior. Battery is good. L suspect that the fuel pump froze up and may need a little tap by a rubber hammer.
I am not sure where the fuel pump is?

Fuel pump is in the tank, and I hardly doubt that it is your problem. When the temp goes to single digit, battery is the first thing to go.

Describe how the car tried to start. Does it crank (healthy cranks) but the engine does not catch, or is is really slow cranks. Did you take the battery to get tested to know that it is good? How much cranking amp did it have when you tested it?
