What would make fuel pump work sometimes and not sometimes

Where would the fuseable link be that would cause a fuel pump on a 1991 toyota corolla dx not to work?

Try the airflow meter or the circuit opening relay

Link should not cause intermittant problem. More likely relay or wiring/connector issue.
