I have front end shaking when accelerating. I just had a front drivers side bearing go out which in turn broke my cv halfshaft. I replaced the halfshaft and bearing but not the hub. There is still some play when moving up and down in the bearing block. Trying to find out if the hub would cause the shaking or something else. THANK Jamie

Bearing should have no movement, the knuckle may be worn to the point it has to be replaced.
Best source is a junkyard. Get a used knuckle with bearing and install.
