I have replaced the exhaust manifold on my corolla three times. It keeps cracking down the middle of the exhaust manifold. I replace the manifold and header gasket each time. Please advise

It is either a cheap manifold or you have a lean/rich mixture.

Does heat shield have cooling slits in it or is it one solid piece?

Also there is a brace under manifold that braces it to block, if missing it will cause the manifold to crack.

Do you notice manifold glowing red?
Do you have a check engine light?

Another possibility is a bad motor mount, with engine running, open hood and have a friend "blip" throttle if you see excessive engine movement, then a mount is loose, collapsed or broken.
