1995 Toyota Corolla Blue smoke

The car is giving off blue smoke, especially in the morning. Once the engine gets up to temp. the smoke is a little less. A compression test was done and all 4 cyls. read 150psi. I'm not sure what the reading should be. What could be the cause of the smoke? Thanks in advance.

Could mean valves/seals/rings-recheck the compression both wet and dry test ,also do a cylinder leakge test.

I was leaning towards a decarb. Will do those tests, and see haw it works out.
