Electrical problem
1994 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl

The speedometer on my car is getting moody. It either takes a long time before it starts to show the correct speed, sits at 30mph, or points to zero anytime you go faster than 40 mph. Is this an easy DIY job to get this fixed? If not on the average how much would this cost to be repaired?
