Hello, i wish to upgrade my brake system. My idea is to convert the rear drums to discs. How do i need to proceed in order to acheive the conversion.

You would have to find a 94 Corolla equipped with disc brakes and remove parts from it.

The 4AGE engine equipped cars had rear discs.
