1994 Toyota Corolla Gas Pedal Hard to Press

I have to press real hard on gas pedal , but the car would hardly accelerate.

If I put car in drive, and my foot off the brake and gas pedal, the car takes a while before it will move forward.

Check cable to throttle body, it may be kinked.
