1994 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Hi,

I replaced the fuel filter on my vehicles, but after I installed the new filter as per the service manual, the bottom connected started to leak when the vehicle started and the engines runs.

What should I be looking for?

You may have crossthreaded the lower connection, or if the lower connection is a banjo bolt, it requires two copper crush washers for proper sealing.

If lower connection is double inverted flare (like a brake line) then is is most likely crossthreaded.
