AFTER REPLACING MY REAR BRAKE SHOES MY
PARKING BRAKE WONT HOLD. I TRIED ADJUSTING
THE CABLE FROM THE THE PARKING BRAKE IN THE
INTERIOR BUT THAT DID NOT HELP. CABLE IS
RECONNECTED, ADJUSTED AND HELD FOR AWHILE IS DOING IT AGAIN.

ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

Remove the drums and make sure the cable end is connected to the slot in the brake shoe, make sure the self adjuster is working and installed correctly.

It may be the cable is streached to the point it must be replaced, as long as it is adjusted out to its maximum travel.
