Hello, I drove my car on a steep hill with hard acceleration. Since that time at start I hear a vibration noise and when I shift to reverse I still feel vibration. I have also noticed a poor performance. I have to give a lit bit more gas than before climbing the steep hill. I asked people they say that torque is harmed. I also asked the mechanic to check the differentia fluid. He said. If the C.V boots are clean (like in my case) there should no fluid lost in the differential. I transmission fluid is in good shape. Shifts are very smooth and normal. On the speedometer the speed increases slowly even when giving lot of gas. My trnsmission is a 3 speed.

Differemtial fluid loss is caused by leaking axle seals, look for red fluid near axle seals.

Also check for vacuum leaks, if problem persists, have the convertor checked for proper flow (backpressure test).
