Hello, What size of rim should I buy if I want 205 size tires.

You can go up one width size without changing rim size, from 195 to 205. Larger would require one size larger rim width.
But always check to make sure larger tires will not interfere with fenders.
Most tire stores can give you wheel and tire info.
