Hello, when I start my car in the morning a hear a vibration noise .Aftrer shifting to reverse the vibration gets louder when accelerating. The drive is normal. If i drive for 30 to 40 min everything is smooth gears are shifting smooth and there is no delay. Can this be the torque converter or differential. This happenned since I climbed a steep hill with hard acceleration because the car was moving fast enough to me.When climbing I had one person in the back and one in the front. Please help me solve the problem. Could you explain me what happens when you place the shifter in reverse mode.

Check the differential level. Most Toyota's use a seperate differential fluid supply, seperate from trans supply.
To confirm this, look under car for trans drain plug, to the rear of this is the differential drain plug.
If the differential is low, it will eventually sieze.
Inspect the CV axle seals, if leaking, then you will probably have to replace seals and refill fluid (use ATF).
