Right side front door is not opening from outside, what could be the problem

Probably the outside door handle is broken (it opens from the inside?).
You can buy replacemant door handles at auto parts stores or Toyota.
You have to remove the inside door panel to get to it and remove two bolts that hold it. The key lock will transfer to the new handle.
