Check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge, if OK then remove spark plugs and look for gas soaked plugs/signs of misfiring.
You can also get a inexpensive tool to check spark on each spark plug.
Have coil tested and ignition module.
If coil or module test bad, replace them and replace wires, plugs, cap and rotor.
The motor mounts may be showing signs of wear, but getting it to fire on all cylinders will help alot.
