I have a Toyota Corolla that is a 1993 with over 250,000. A certain mechanic shop told me that to replace the spark plug wire set would cost around $300 with parts and labor. When I went online to price the spark plug wire set, it only came to $40. Is the price for the repair reasonable or are they simply trying to get my money. Thanks a lot

If they are charging $300 just for the wires, then they must have a high overhead cost :) .
