hi people .. i need to know my gearbox seal is leaking on drivers side .. is this easey to replace without taking gearbox out .. iv had this car from new and have had trouble free motering from 1993 ... they is a leak from the drive shaft from gear box or could it be the gassket on gear box.. maney thanks ... tom

Hi there,

This can be done in place, but the removal of the drive shaft is a bit involved if you have never done this type of work, undoing the drive shaft lock nut will be the hard part as it is extremely tight.
