Noises problem
1993 Toyota Corolla Automatic 150000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I just bought a used 1993 Toyota Corolla DX. We got the car home and found that there was an unusual buildup of pressure when opening the gas tank. Shortly after we realized it was leaking gas from the fuel tank itself. We siphoned off the gas and plugged the crack with an epoxy and replaced the gas cap with a new one to hopefully fix the pressure issue. The car still builds up pressure in the fuel tank every time you run it (it sounds like a soda bottle being opened for the first time). Any thoughts on how to fix the pressure problem? Could it be the charcoal canister or the pressure valve by the canister under the hood?
