my car vibrations while idiling and while driving and stopping at a stop sign or redlight

If the tune up is recent, and there are no vacuum leaks, check the idle air control valve, it's bolted to the side of the throttl body.

i have changed that sensor on the throttle body and there isnt any vacuum leaks is there anything else that could be wrong with it
