First check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge, next check spark.
When testing fuel pressure, remove vacuum line to FPR and check for gasoline, if present, the FPR diaphram is ruptured and needs to be replaced.
When was timing belt changed last?
Also check timing, short B1 and Te1 of diagnostic link and set to 10 degrees BTDC.
If ignition, most likely you have a bad ign. Module.
