I have changed all light bulbs in the tail lights, brake lights, and back up lights on my 1992 Toyota Corolla and they still won't work?
The bulbs are all located in one light housing
for both sides of the car.
I checked and changed all fuses and still nothing?

Check housing for burnt areas indicating a short or any melting of plastic.

Depress brake and check for 12V at light connector.

Turn parking light on and check for 12V at connector.
