My tail lights, parking light & tag light fail to work. I have checked all the fuses (I Think) and now I'm at a loss. Can you help me?

I have manual, but it doesn't help.

Remove the rear light assy in trunk. Squeeze tabs and remove.
Look for any burnt areas or wires loose, this is a good place to start.
