91 toyota corolla left turn signal not working. Bulbs okay. Right turn signal working. If it is flasher problem where is it located ?

Also inspect the rear bulb housing for any burnt areas. The wiring can get loose and cause a short, which will be evident by burnt melting plastic in the bulb housing.
