91 toyota corolla left turn signal not working. Bulbs okay. Right turn signal working. If it is flasher problem where is it located?

Also inspect the rear bulb housing for any burnt areas. The wiring can get loose and cause a short, which will be evident by burnt melting plastic in the bulb housing.
