on the REAR brake light, I have replaced the bulb several times. The problem is .... when I turn the headlights on, the rear brake lights do not work light up. But, when the headlights are off, the brake lights seemingly work.
Thus making it impossible to drive at night, because I need to drive and press on my brakes with the headlights on.

Do you know what can resolve this problem? Also, the headlights are very dim.

you have a faulty ground wire at the headlamp switch OR the headlamp switch itself is faulty.
