Engine Performance problem
1990 Toyota Corolla 255000 miles

hi! whenever I start my car (corolla 1990 GL)idle seems to be low sometimes it would go up and down. I usually have this problen when I start the car after I parked it for long hours. It would return to the normal idle once i drive it for around 15-20 mins. What could be the problem? Thanks!

Clean out the idle air control valve,EGR and PCV valves.
