1990 Toyota Corolla Heater doesn't warm up

Hi, my heater doesn't warm the car like it should, infact it doesn't make warm at all.

With engine at temp, quickly touch the heater core hoses, if one is hot and other is warm, then heater core is blocked.

If both are cool, then thermostat.
