My car is accelerating incredibly slow and doesnt like going past 25mph. it makes a weird noise like air sucking or blowing out. I have been told by a friend that it is not getting enough fuel or the fuel to air ratio is off. How would I go about fixing it and could that be the cause of the slow accelleration? I have recently changed the air filter and the spark plugs.
