1989 Toyota Corolla fuel pump

The electric fuel pump is contained within the fuel tank. On 1988-1992 models, it is necessary to remove the fuel tank from the vehicle in order to reach the pump. This is not a do-it-yourself repair so please do not attempt to repair unless you have experience to do so. Fuel pump is something that you would not want to buy used. I suggest purchasing dealer recommended fuel pump as other brand fuel pumps have a tendency to fail much quicker.
