1989 Toyota Corolla Battery/Fuses

How do I remove the ALT fuse? There are three fuses connected to the positive battery cable and the ALT fuse is cracked (blown), I tried to pull it out but it doesn't seem to want to budge. ---UGH!

Look very closely to locate the plastic clips, release them with a small screwdriver while pulling up on the fuse. Fuse should then release with fuse puller or equivalent tool.
