A piston is damage on my engine what should I do.

Assuming your diagnosis is correct, the cost to repair is very likely more than the car's worth, and in that case it's the end of the road for that car. Donate or junk it, sorry 'bout that, don't do it again.

Pistons are not "damaged" for no reason, something caused this. No oil or coolant? Over-revving/racing? Put in some bad fuel or wierd additive?
