Stop lights will not turn off

My stop lights will not turn off, and when I step on the breaks the lights dont get any brighter. I have already checked the fuses and everything is fine just wondering what the problem is?

HI there,

If the brake lights are stuck on check the brake light switch at the top of the brake pedal under the dash, this could be stuck in th eon position, start here.
