1988 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

hi there, my 1988 dx wagon was running fine when we got it, it stopped running so i replaced plugs and coil, it worked and we were back on track, how ever i accidentally touched the parking light power wire to the body, now there is no power what so ever, nothing works but it still turns over??? please help me as this is my project!!!!!!! any help much appreciated!!!

Check all fuses and fuseable links in fuse box in engine compartment.
