1986 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual N/A miles

i have a small problem with the side markers and tail lights, when you turn the light switch the head lights come on and after 3 minutes or so the display and tail lights / side markers come on. how can i fix that?

Check and test the tail light relay in the fuse/relay block no.1
