1982 Toyota Corolla Front pass brake sticking

my 82 corolla has a recent brake issue.
under braking the pass front brake does not work well, and the car pulls to the left.
off the brakes the pass front drags, and heats up the components on that side to the point of smoking, and melting my balljoint boot.
ive pulled the caliper and the cylinder compresses as it should.
im stumped. the calipers, pads, and rotors on the front are all 3k miles old.

Check the brake hose could have collasped internally acting as a one way check valve
