84 Toyota Celica GT...front disc brakes don't fully release at times...calipers and pads are new

were the calipers bled after they were installed ?? check the fluid condition , is it contaminated ??? how do the brake hoses look,when hoses get older they swell inside , this can be checked when bleeding the calipers
