Shakes or Wobbles problem
2003 Toyota Celica 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 40000 miles

what is the possible cause of a front wheel shake when driving slower. At a high speed, it's innoticeabe and looks like it drives just fine.

Check for play in front end parts, and shifted belts in the tires...
