2002 Toyota Celica Trouble Code

My check engine light came on in my car so i ran a diagnostic test on it and came up with the code P1135 . When i looked in my service manual it said it was the Air/Fuel ratio sensor heateror circuit fault . I want to know if it is the upstream sensor or the down stream sensor .
