2002 Toyota Celica 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i rebuilt the engine set it back down into the car have hooked everything up but when i turn the switch there is no spark it will not start

was all sensors hooked up proper way? what was all done to the engine?

are you getting power to ignition coil with key on engine off?
